She was very knowledgeable, helped me throughout the entire selling process and was quick to respond to any questions I had. She brought in an amazing photographer to showcase my house which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also helped me stage my house, which made it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Due to Sophie's efforts, even in this bad housing market I received few offers in a week after listing the house but I was looking for a better deal and Sophie changed the strategy and patiently re-listed the house and got me the price close to what I was looking for in few weeks.
